Rich colors that combine effortlessly to produce bold to delicate hues are a hallmark of the Pentel Arts Watercolors. The watercolor paints resist fading and won’t break or peel as they dry evenly. These watercolors work wonderfully with oil pastels and colored pencils and are perfect for glazing without becoming “muddy.” Colors on a palette can be used again by simply adding a little water after they have dried. It is possible to use every last drop of paint because each color comes in its own 5ml plastic tube. The ACMI has confirmed that paint is acid-free.
