Art Essentials Artist’s Black Watercolour Papers are heavyweight 320 GSM (150 lb) papers with a vellum drawing surface. Artists Black Watercolour Papers are internally sized to handle wet media applications, making it ideal for Gouache & a wide range of materials including, coloured pencils, acrylics, gel pens, metallic inks, metallic watercolours, light coloured charcoals & chalks, pastels & other opaque media. The paper stays nice and flat and handles the gouache without any issues. The paper produces sublime effects that highlight the intensity of watercolours and gouache. The papers have a fine grain / cold pressed surface and are made from good quality wood-free cellulose.
